ProMES: Productivity Measurement and Enhancement SystemOur approaches to measurement, feedback, and alignment are based on over 30 years of research. Developed by Dr. Robert Pritchard, Professor Emeritus at the University of Central Florida, the Productivity Measurement and Enhancement System (ProMES) is a method of identifying accurate, comprehensive, and controllable measures of performance. ProMES engages individuals and teams within organizations to help them create a system for self-monitored measurement and feedback.
Research groups in more than fifteen countries have conducted over 50 research studies on the ProMES approach. ProMES research includes 9 books, 13 doctoral dissertations, 46 articles and chapters, and 66 scholarly presentations. A meta-analysis of these studies revealed a consistently large increase in effectiveness, on average 150%. ProMES has been shown to be effective across multiple countries, industries, job types, and educational levels, and performance improvements last over time. |
