Charles E. Buresch, President

Charles Buresch earned a Bachelor and Masters degree from the University of Florida and began his professional career working for people with mental retardation and developmental disabilities. By developing community-based services for people who had previously been served only in institutions, Mr. Buresch learned to develop programs and find funding to meet the needs of a broad range of people.
After leaving North Florida, Mr. Buresch worked in Atlanta, Chicago, and St. Louis before returning to North Florida. He began a professional consulting firm in 1986 and currently has offices in St. Louis, Missouri and Gainesville, Florida.
Marcia Buresch, PhD, Vice President

Marcia Buresch earned a PhD in Educational Administration with an emphasis in Institutional Marketing from Saint Louis University. Having traveled throughout much of the world and experienced different people and ways of life, Dr. Buresch brings a rich background to all her assignments through methods of incorporating diverse ways of thinking into organizational practice.
Dr. Buresch has 20+ years experience as a management strategist in the general areas of program assessment, organizational development, and training within the non-profit environment. She is particularly skilled in helping agencies align their staffing and operational policies with their missions.
Toni Willis, Planning and Evaluation Specialist

Toni Willis earned her Bachelor and Master’s degree from the University of North Florida. Her undergraduate degree is in Health Science with a focus in Nutrition, and her Master’s degree is in Public Administration. Toni worked in the community college system for eight years in the fields of athletics and academic success before joining CIC Planning Group. Her passions are in the educational realm and in helping to preserve the health of our future generations. Her project work centers around issues related to program design and implementation, working with clients in education, mental health, and criminal justice.
Toni is married to her high school sweetheart and has two children.
Natalie Dixon, Planning and Evaluation Specialist

Natalie W. Dixon received a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology in 2005 from the University of North Florida and is currently a Doctoral Candidate in Industrial/Organizational Psychology at the University of Central Florida. Natalie’s training has focused on organizational development, performance measurement, motivation assessment, leadership, and feedback, with a strong emphasis in statistical analysis, research methodology, and psychometrics. She has specialized expertise in occupational health, work-family spillover, goal-setting, and motivation within the team context. Natalie’s organizational skills are typically employed on CIC projects related to staffing and program development and she works with service agencies to align their missions and activities with relevant public policy.
Nicole Brose, Program and Grant Specialist

Nicole Brose earned a B.S. from Purdue University with an emphasis in science and public relations. Upon graduation, Nicole traveled abroad conducting research and naturalist work with marine animals in New Zealand, Australia, Massachusetts, Hawaii, and Marineland. She learned early to fundraise working for non-profits. Nicole has also worked in the for profit sector in such capacities as, Membership & Marketing Director and Vice President of Business Development, all while serving on non-profit boards. She was most recently the Executive Director of an Education Foundation, and has extensive service as a board member for a diverse selection of non-profits.
Nicole is a successful grant-writer and branding expert who has highly developed skills in the areas of board development; public and private sector fundraising; marketing; public speaking; and strategic planning. Nicole is a Rotarian, enjoys time with family, horseback riding and helping animal rescue organizations.
